Our Paris-based nutritionist, Eylul, has partnered with yoga studios to offer her healthy protein snacks throughout the streets of Paris. She shares one of her recipes, and we are pleased to present it to you!
These almond protein energy balls are a simple, nourishing snack for steady energy and recovery.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup almonds
• 2 tbsp tahini
• 1 tbsp almond protein powder
• 1 tsp cacao nibs
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp honey or maple (optional)
• Pinch of cinnamon
HOW TO MAKE
Blend everything until it sticks together.
Roll into small balls (optionally sprinkle or coat with your favourite toppings).
Keep in the fridge for 3–4 days.
