Why holistic approach?
The entire body is interconnected.
When I experienced a miscarriage, both my body and mind suffered. It was the lowest point of my entire existence. I felt as though I was falling apart in every way. Hence, I began searching for a solution for my recovery: a holistic approach.
The integration of western psychological theory with yogic wisdom offers new possibilities for healing psychological trauma through physical postures, meditation, and breathing exercises, as highlighted by caplan et.Al. In 2014.
Recent studies highlight the need to address emotional, relational, and physical aspects of trauma. Healing involves more than recalling memories; it also requires reconnecting with and regulating the body’s response.

Created in response to the founder’s own journey through grief, Still Mom is a holistic platform for expectant mothers, aspiring mothers, and those who have experienced profound loss or other trauma.
Our mission is to offer hope, healing, and spiritual support, helping women reconnect with themselves and move forward with strength.
