Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Still Mom platform (hereinafter “Still Mom”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the website and booking or offering services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Definitions
Client – a person booking support services via Still Mom.
Specialist – a professional registered on Still Mom to provide services.
Platform – the Still Mom website and infrastructure (Amelia, WooCommerce, Stripe).
Meeting – a scheduled session between a Client and a Specialist.
User – either a Client or Specialist.
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1. You must be 18+ years old to use Still Mom.
3.2. Users must provide accurate and complete information.
3.3. Still Mom may suspend accounts for policy violations.
4. Bookings and Payments
4.1. All bookings are made through Still Mom using the Amelia plugin.
4.2. Payments are processed via Stripe.
4.3. Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and online bank transfer.
4.4. Payment is made in advance. Sessions are confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Cancellation policies are shown during booking and depend on the Specialist’s selected option.
Flexible Policy:
Cancel ≥ 24h before: 100% refund
Cancel < 24h: 50% refund
No-show: no refund
Strict Policy:
Cancel ≥ 72h before: 100% refund
Cancel < 72h: 50% refund
No-show: no refund
5.2. If the Specialist cancels, the Client receives a full refund.
5.3. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically returned within 5–10 business days.
6. Specialist Policies
6.1. Specialists are independent contractors.
6.2. They are solely responsible for session quality and service methodology.
6.3. Direct payments from Clients are prohibited.
6.4. Meetings must be confirmed in the system within 3 days of taking place.
6.5. Payouts are processed 2 business days after confirmation (delays may apply on weekends/holidays).
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1. Clients must maintain valid payment info during the service period.
7.2. Clients are encouraged to contact the Specialist prior to the first session if they have questions.
7.3. Cancellations must be made through the “My Calendar” section to be valid.
8. Disputes and Mediation
8.1. All complaints must be reported to Still Mom within 24 hours after a session.
8.2. Still Mom may mediate disputes and has final authority in resolutions.
8.3. Both parties agree to accept Still Mom’s decisions, including potential refunds or compensations.
9. The Good Specialist Guarantee
9.1. If a Client is unsatisfied with their first session, Still Mom offers:
a different Specialist free of charge, or
a refund of unused credit from that session.
10. Liability Limits
10.1. Still Mom only connects Clients with Specialists and does not control service content.
10.2. Still Mom’s liability is limited to the amount the Client has paid through the platform.
10.3. Specialist liability is limited to one session fee, capped at €50.
11. Invoices and Platform Fees
11.1. Specialists who receive direct payment from Clients will be invoiced monthly for platform commission.
11.2. Invoices must be paid within 30 days. Late payments result in account suspension.
11.3. A physical duplicate invoice (if requested) costs €5.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
12.1. Still Mom complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12.2. For details on how your data is handled, please consult our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Terms
13.1. These Terms may be updated at any time.
13.2. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
14.2. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise agreed.
