Client Payment Policies
1. Introduction
1.1. Still Mom aims to make your experience smooth and supportive.
1.2. You may use Still Mom services throughout the year or book individual meetings as needed.
1.3. The frequency and duration of use are entirely at your discretion.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
2.1. Still Mom accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and online bank transfers.
2.2. Clients are required to maintain valid payment information throughout their engagement with Still Mom.
2.3. This ensures proper and timely compensation for Specialists once meetings commence.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. The price of each meeting is determined and displayed at the time of booking.
3.2. Prices vary based on the Specialist’s qualifications and type of service.
3.3. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email including the meeting’s title, start and end time.
4. Prepaid Sessions & Validity
4.1. Clients may purchase sessions in advance.
4.2. Prepaid session balances are valid for one year after the last attended meeting.
4.3. Unused sessions may be refunded at any time during this one-year period.
4.4. After one year of inactivity, any remaining session value becomes void and non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Still Mom allows Specialists to choose between two cancellation policies: Flexible and Strict.
5.2. The applicable policy is clearly displayed on each booking.
5.2.1. Flexible Policy:
5.2.1.1. Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the meeting.
5.2.1.2. 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before.
5.2.1.3. No refund if the client does not attend.
5.2.2. Strict Policy:
5.2.2.1. Full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before the meeting.
5.2.2.2. 50% refund if cancelled less than 72 hours before.
5.2.2.3. No refund if the client does not attend.
5.3. Clients must cancel meetings via My Calendar > Cancel.
5.4. A cancellation is valid only when submitted through the platform.
5.5. If a Specialist cancels the meeting, the Client will be refunded in full.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Any disputes must be reported to Still Mom within 24 hours of the session.
6.2. Still Mom may act as a mediator and has final authority in resolving the dispute.
6.3. Still Mom reserves the right to collect or redistribute funds to enforce the resolution.
6.4. Both parties agree to accept Still Mom’s resolution, including potential refunds or compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Still Mom connects clients with independent Specialists.
7.2. Specialists operate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own methods and content.
7.3. Still Mom’s liability is limited to the amount the Client has paid to Still Mom or its partners.
7.4. Clients are encouraged to communicate with the Specialist about session content prior to the meeting.
8. Good Specialist Guarantee
8.1. If you are unsatisfied with your first session with a Specialist:
8.1.1. You may request to be matched with another Specialist, or
8.1.2. Request a full refund for any unused time from that session.

9.1. Still Mom offers unlimited email support for all clients.
